The RCH Simulation Team partners with healthcare organisations to develop and deliver communication education that supports safe, compassionate and effective patient care.

We work collaboratively with teams to understand their unique learning needs and design education that is practical, engaging and relevant to their clinical environment. Our simulation-based approach combines evidence-informed communication frameworks, facilitated discussion, coaching and reflective practice to build confidence and capability across a range of healthcare settings.
